The West sees that Kiev is not able to fully implement Minsk Agreements, but can not say about it, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.

«The question is if our European colleagues and the United States can see it or not? I think they see. I even have reason to believe that exactly see. But it is inconvenient to say that today the Kiev authorities are not able to solve these problems», — he said during an investment forum «Russia Calling».

Besides, Vladimir Putin believes that constant demanding from Moscow to execute Minsk Agreements is incorrect because the Russian Federation considers them as non-competitive:

«I have already told and I want to say it again: there are no alternative to the Minsk Agreements. But all the time saying that Russia must fulfill them is an absurd».
