In Moscow were detained 12 citizens of Russia, who are members and accomplices of «Islamic state» group. This was announced by Federal Security Service director Alexander Bortnikov.
The arrest took place on October 11. According to Bortnikov, members of the «IS»* were preparing a terrorist attack in public transport with the use of home-made explosives.
The head of the Federal Security Service also noted that among the detainees was «Baysultanov arrived from Syria to organize the crime».
