In addition to the negotiations, the leaders will hold a number of bilateral meetings. Vladimir Putin will meet Angela Merkel and Francois Hollande, talks with Petro Poroshenko are not scheduled, said president’s assistant Yuri Ushakov.
A spokesman of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, said that in Moscow have concluded «significant slippage» with the implementation of the agreements reached in February in Minsk. He drew attention to the fact that the agreements, according to Putin, «don’t tolerate any interpretations and do not have a double reading».
