The OSCE representatives have free access to the LPR storage places to check the weapons withdrawn in accordance with the Minsk Agreements, the LPR head Igor Plotnitsky said while inspecting one of the storage places in Lutuginsky district.

“The OSCE mission has free access here. We have nothing to hide, we work openly. The OSCE representatives come here, control, and check the serial numbers of tanks,” – Igor Plotnitsky said.

On October 20, the LPR people’s militia completed the second stage of withdrawal of weaponry. The first stage was completed on October 15.

On September 30, the LPR head Igor Plotnitsky signed the supplement to the complex of measures for the Minsk agreements of February 2, 2015 in the part concerning the withdrawal of tanks, artillery of less than 100-mm caliber and mortars of less than 120-mm caliber.
