A civilian was injured in the village of Oktyabrsky in Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian forces, the head of the district administration Ivan Prikhodko told the Donetsk News Agency.
“Yesterday, around noon, a peaceful resident born in 1973 received shrapnel wounds in Krenkelya street 38. The man was provided with necessary medical assistance. His life and health are not in danger,” – Ivan Prikhodko said.
On October 30, another resident of Kuibyshevsky district was seriously injured in the shelling by the Ukrainian army. According to doctors, the man was operated on twice; his condition remains critical.
The DPR authorities addressed to the OSCE Mission with a request to hold emergency talks of the Contact Group in connection with the recent events.
