Ukrainian MIA reported that 237 polling stations didn’t open around the state. This was reported at the website of the press-service agency.

«As to 09:30 am (10:30 am MSK), 10642 territorial election commissions and 29264 precincts began their work. 237 polling precincts haven’t been opened», — said in a statement.

According to the MIA, precincts weren’t opened because of errors in the ballots and failure of the electoral commission in registration of participants in the electoral process. Precincts weren’t able to open in Mariupol, Krasnoarmeysk and two precinct commissions in Sumy.

Earlier, the head of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine press service Konstantin Hivrenko said that decisions on the postponement of elections in Mariupol and Krasnoarmeysk are still pending.
