Ukraine and Russia since 4th quarter can resume freight trucking. The agreement was reached between the Ministries of Transport of Ukraine and Russia, says the official website of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
According to a report in a few days the Ministry of Infrastructure will receive a certain number of permits and hand them to UTI (Ukrainian Transport Inspection) issuing points.
Recall that in late August, the Ministry of Infrastructure has asked the Russian Ministry of Transport to share permissions for the 4th quarter, according to the quota fixed with a protocol in 2012 for 2013-2015. On October 8, the Russian side refused to hand part of permits to Ukraine, which led to the suspension of freight traffic activity.
Earlier it was reported that Russia has banned the Ukrainian company Ukrreftrans to transport goods through the territory of Russia.
